Nigeria is on the eligible list for this one. The Commonwealth PhD Scholarship funds full time doctoral study in the UK for citizens of 17 least developed and fragile Commonwealth countries, and Nigeria is included.

It covers:

Full overseas PhD tuition Monthly stipend (£1,378, or £1,690 in London) Return flights Research and fieldwork grants Up to 4 years of funding
