Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has written a message to her Odogwu. Sharing new photos of herself, she thanked him for always making her smile and feel shy, adding that their union is beautiful even when people don’t understand. “To my Odogwu. To the one who makes me smile and shy. It’s so beautiful when they don’t understand it”. Hours ago, her husband’s girlfriend, Gbemi, had left a comment on her post, claiming that the actress still misses her ex.
She, however, made her know that MC Fish is now hers. In what seemed like a response to her post, Anita shared a cryptic message about God and the future. She noted how God doesn’t give one’s mockers a picture of tomorrow. Recall that in December of last year, Joseph had finally confirmed that her marriage had ended, noting how life has a way of testing our strength in ways we never expect, especially in marriage.
Insiders, while speaking to a famous blogger, alleged that the 5-year union had come to an end after facing significant personal and emotional challenges. It was revealed that the actress lost two babies – stillbirth and a painful miscarriage, and had also endured domestic violence. While weighing in on Frank Edoho’s marital saga, MC Fish admitted that both he and Anita were unfaithful during their relationship.
He claimed the actress cheated on him with multiple men, whose names he wouldn’t mention, and he wasn’t a saint either. In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Fish said he doesn’t regret getting married at 27 because he felt happy and respected. The hype man said he saw everything he wanted in a marriage, hence why he married the actress. He said he learnt from his failed marriage that honesty is vital in any relationship from both parties.
Following her divorce, Anita issued a statement, saying she is single and not looking for a partner. She noted that guys have been bombarding her with calls. Anita noted how 8 years and 11 days with her husband isn’t 8 months and said she needs her head cleared. The curvy actress had addressed those urging her to share her story, questioning why they desperately want to hear it and why they can’t tell their own, too.
She admonished them to respect people’s privacy. In another post, she addressed those waiting to hear her talk, telling them to keep waiting, as she is only focused on the outfit she will wear to church. While sending a message to the public, she told them not to overplay themselves into anybody’s life.
