Commercial Negotiation: Drive negotiations on unit pricing, payment terms, LCs, and Incoterms to minimize landed costs. Import & Regulatory Execution: Manage the complete import process—foreign vendor management, Form M & PAAR processing, NAFDAC/SONCAP compliance, port clearing, and factory delivery. Material Requirements Planning: Utilize ERP inventory data to calculate Days of Stock (DOS) and determine exact purchase quantities and reorder timing to guarantee zero production downtime.

Qualification: Degree in Supply Chain, Chemistry, or related field. CIPS/CIPSM certification is an advantage. 5–8 Years Experience in FMCG manufacturing procurement (Must have direct personal care, soap, cosmetics, or chemical raw material exposure). Proven Import Track Record: Hands-on experience navigating foreign sourcing alongside Nigerian shipping lines, customs, and NAFDAC clearance.

Autonomous Decision-Maker: Ability to translate production schedules into buying plans and manage high-value vendor contracts independently. Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or ERPNext) and inventory analytics. N500k – N700k Net (Negotiable based on expertise) .
