> Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Insurance Unit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of Insurance Financial Advisors while driving sales and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Insurance Financial Advisors.
Build and maintain a strong, active, and productive sales team. Set sales targets and drive the team to consistently achieve business objectives. Generate new insurance business through effective prospecting and networking. Coach and motivate team members to improve their sales performance. Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Promote and sell the company's life and general insurance products. Support Financial Advisors in prospecting, presentations, closing sales, and client retention. Organize team meetings, training sessions, and sales activities. Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the unit's portfolio.
Requirements Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in insurance, banking, financial services, sales, or business development is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to recruit, manage, motivate, and develop a sales team. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
