She was ten years old when she asked her mother a big question.

"Mummy, can a girl like me build one of those?" Her mother smiled, but she had no answer.

The theme says it all: Banking on Her Tomorrow. The programme shows girls the road, step by step.
First comes school.
Then skills.
Then a mentor, an internship, a first job, and one day, a seat at the top.
Her mother saw the invite on Instagram. She sat her down and said,
