Business Development Executive at Aureole Consulting

The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, articulate, commercially aware, and comfortable engaging clients and representing different business offerings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the group. Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions. Make initial pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong client and business relationships. Follow up on leads, proposals, and client discussions to drive conversions. Research markets and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities. Represent the group professionally at meetings, events, and other business engagements. Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular activity reports.

Work with relevant teams to develop and close business opportunities. 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related field. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with different types of clients. Presentable, articulate, proactive, and commercially minded. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
