Prepare and review Pamp;IDs, Instrument Datasheets, I/O Lists, Loop Diagrams, Control Philosophies and Cause amp; Effect. Support PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI and SIS design and configuration. Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, loop checking and troubleshooting. Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and SIL assessments.
Review vendor documents and technical deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and technicians. Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. #10–15 years relevant experience, preferably in Oil amp; Gas or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI and SIS. Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa or ABB.
Knowledge of process control, control valves, instrumentation and industrial communication systems. Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and plant start-up.
