Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a supervisory role is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be smart, responsible, and well-organized. Ability to supervise and motivate staff. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Monitor daily activities on the construction site to ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
