I have activated FULL DND on my phone to no avail.

I also revoked all access to contacts and call on my phone off the Opay app. I use an iPhone so Trucaller don't have call permissions. At this point, I done tire! I've even unchecked the 'marketing calls' option on the easimoney loan page on the Opay app.

It cuts across disturbance now and full intrusion of my privacy. How do I stop these bots from calling my phone all the time?!

Do I have to close my Opay account entirely? I wouldn't mind that as well but I doubt if that'll work also. Anyone experiencing same?

The Prophet (SAW) taught us a beautiful du'a to say when we stop at a place: "A'udhu bikalimatillahi tammati min sharri ma khalaq" - "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created." The Prophet said: "Whoever stops at a place and says it, nothing will harm him until he departs from that place" (Sahih Muslim).

In saying it we admit: "Ya Allah, I do not know everything that surrounds me, but You do; I cannot protect myself from everything, but You can."

So make it a habit: when you arrive at a new city, check into a hotel, stay in a new house, or stop somewhere during a journey, say it - and teach your children to say it too.

The believer does not merely prepare his luggage for a journey; he prepares his tongue with dhikr and his heart with tawakkul. May Allah protect us wherever we go, seen and unseen.

Lakunle's character makes the message clear because he has the talent to tell stories but lacks the courage to tell people about his talent. The movie is a reflection of African culture because it shows the importance of storytelling: the King, Oba Adejare, tells his friend Otun that the stories helped him recover from his sickness and brought fortune to the community.

Griots help preserve stories, traditions, history and culture and pass them from generation to generation.

Sanmi betrays Lakunle by presenting his friend's stories as his own, gaining recognition and the title of Gbobaniyi of Wakajaye - showing how some people take advantage of another person's talent without giving proper recognition.

Sanmi's jealousy over Tiwa eventually leads to her death, and he runs away without facing clear consequences - leaving the audience with questions about justice.

The costumes are suitable for the setting, the cinematography is clear, the soundtrack fits the mood. One area the writer could have done better: what actually led to the King's sickness is not clearly explained.

The Griot is a meaningful movie that combines entertainment with real-life lessons. It is worth watching. (Reviewer is a 200-level Mass Communication student at Lens University, Ilemona, Kwara State.)

Now the fan is very loud and it takes about an hour for the laptop to prepare my nextjs project.

With Nepa light it isn't possible to work with such constraints. Prices of devices are not smiling and I don't have money for a new laptop. Would it be a good move to change the motherboard?
