The Group Accountant will oversee accounting activities across multiple business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls, regulatory compliance and timely consolidation of financial information. Key Responsibilities Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Review bank, supplier, customer and intercompany reconciliations. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash-flow activities. Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Ensure appropriate accounting treatment of transactions across business units. Prepare management accounts and financial performance reports. Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
Coordinate statutory tax filings and other regulatory obligations. Support internal and external audit processes. Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. Supervise and provide guidance to accounting personnel across the group. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive accounting experience, preferably within a group or multi-business environment. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and accounting standards. Experience preparing consolidated management accounts. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and supervisory ability. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Minimum of 5–8 years' relevant experience in facility/property/maintenance management. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, hotel, industrial facility or other 24/7 critical-service environment will be a strong advantage. Relevant professional certification in Facility Management, Engineering, HSE or Project Management is an added advantage. Report inventory changes (feed, bedding, medications). General Support Assist with vaccination, sorting, loading, or treatment processes. Help maintain farm cleanliness and sanitation overall.
Support other farm workers when needed.
Skills & Qualifications Experience working with animals (preferred but not required). Ability to follow directions and adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Comfortable working in warm or humid environments. Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. In my area, when a customer takes goods and agrees to pay later, the trader just remembers or writes it somewhere. Is it the same where you are, or does it work differently? How often do disagreements happen about how much someone owes?

Good day guys. So I had a Fiverr Account that was shadowbanned a while ago. It was a top account in the writing niche. Very top. Then I tried cold pitching clients off Fiverr because I didn't want to rely on only Fiverr. Unbeknown to me, Fiverr apparently use trackers or whatever to track your browser so they can see what you're doing outside of Fiverr's website.
Then I got a notification that said something along the lines of "You're trying to reach out to Fiverr Clients Off the Platform, You have Been Warned".
That's how my orders started dropping. Till it no longer even appeared on Fiverr search at all. And the account is now basically dead.
This is an account with hundreds of 5 star reviews by the way. Anyway, how I knew that they were really tracking and spying was that years down the line, I tried opening an account for someone and it was rejected. For no good reason. Their spyware probably thought it was me trying to open another account.
Well, now I want to open another account. I'm fairly confident that if I start afresh, I should be able to build up something. I'm just worried about their spyware or whatever banning the account again. Has anyone experienced this before? What tools do you use to bypass their spying?
The internet isn't much helpful because this is kind of grey hat stuff. But I know my Naija people would have probably experienced something similar and would know how to go around it.
