At Above 40 Your Memory May No Longer Be As Retentive As It Used To Be
My boss drove his car to a meeting venue. After a while, he came back without the car. The meeting venue is about a 10-15 minute walk from the office. After the meeting, he got into a chitchat with someone who hadn't driven to the meeting. He followed the man and walked the distance, eventually getting to the office, while the man continued on his own journey.
When it was time to close for the day, my boss raised an alarm that his car had been stolen.
We were surprised because no one had come into the work area where he usually parked his car. One clue led to another, and someone suggested checking the meeting venue he had attended.
When they got there, the car was parked exactly where he had left it before heading to the meeting. Share similar experience that you have had or heard.
