Has MTN Tariff Increased?

I noticed I bought 3.5gb data this evening on my android phone... usually such data could take me for a period of 3hours if I'm online. It doesn't last for 30minutes now. What could be the problem please. I reloaded still the same thing happens again this even on an app that doesn't consume data. e.g nairaland. I just switched to glo line, let me observe the difference.
