She Came For Typhoid Treatment, Her BP Was 190/100

I saw a patient who came in with a headache.

She had done a Widal test and was told the result showed a “significant titre,” so she believed she had typhoid and came for treatment.

But when I checked her blood pressure, it was 190/100.

She already knew she had hypertension but wasn't taking medications.
