Conversations I Never Finished
Over the past years, I have had long conversations with several people about Christianity, the Bible, morality, suffering, God, and what it means to be human.
One of those conversations was with my colleague, Ifeoluwa.
What started as an ordinary conversation gradually became a series of arguments about questions neither of us could settle in a few messages. Other conversations followed, each with its own direction and set of questions.
I recently went back through some of those conversations and thought it would be interesting to share them here from time to time.
I won't present them as debates where one person "won." They are simply conversations between people who hold different convictions and are willing to challenge each other's assumptions.
Some of the conversations are about Christianity. Others are about morality, politics, human nature, religion, culture, and the kind of world we are capable of building.
I'll preserve the substance of the conversations while cleaning up obvious errors and arranging them into readable parts.
