Ford Transit T260

I have a Ford transit T260. Recently, the van just developed a faulty. In motion, the brake will automatically be engaged and stop the van. Until the gas inside the savo brake was released by pulling out the pipe by the savo. Have changed the savo and the master brake, but the issue still persists. WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE?
