Read Surah Yusuf And Reflect Upon This Surah
This is for everyone suffering injustice, accusations and hardship: read Surah Yusuf and reflect upon it - it is comforting to the heart. Yusuf went through hardship because of his brothers, but was honoured because of his servitude and obedience to Allah. No one can do to you worse than what Yusuf's own brothers did - they plotted against him, one even said "kill him", and they threw him into a well.
But Allah planned for Yusuf: victory was for Yusuf, not his brothers; honour was for Yusuf, not his brothers. Anyone going through hardship due to others' actions must understand that their test is to live through that hardship with worship, complaining only to Allah, trying to attain closeness to Him and turning the hardship into good deeds in the hereafter.
Yusuf did not forget what his brothers did, yet he still forgave them for the sake of Allah, and remained respectful to his parents.
Allah made his oppressors humbled and needy while He made Yusuf high and noble - established in the land, protected, honoured, elevated. Be obedient to Allah and even if you are thrown into a well, He will protect you and honour you in full view of those who did you wrong.
Listen, read, recite, study, learn, apply - the Quran is not a remedy, it is THE remedy.
