Did Jesus Die For Your Sins? Whose Sins Did Jesus Die For?
Jesus did not die for any one individual's sins; everyone's sins will be required at the individual level. So Jesus did not die for the sins you are committing as an individual - for that one you will pay fully. You kill, you will pay. You thief money that is not yours, you will pay.
You commit adultery, you will pay with your life. You commit fornication, you will pay in your flesh - STI will finish you.
You slander people, you will pay. You misquote the Bible, you inherit the curses. So no one escapes the consequences of their individual actions. Ezekiel 18:3-9 (KJV): "As I live, saith the Lord God, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.
Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.
But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right... He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man, Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord God."
You shall live individually.
[OP's essay continues in the thread, including Ezekiel 18:10-13 and his conclusion that Jesus died for the nation of Israel as a single unit, not for individual sins.]
